Why can't I customize my Big Box anymore?Updated 7 months ago

Effective April 1st, 2024, Smartass and Sass has decided to cease the option to customize your big box. 

The system we utilize for processing monthly subscriptions is not as effective in creating customizable boxes as we had originally hoped. This decision was not made easily, we know many customers have loved customizing their box. 

To create a better user experience for all, we are postponing this option until we can get better systems in place to manage box customizations.
