I can't log in to my account!Updated 2 years ago
Smartass & Sass upgraded to a new subscription management system on March 1st, 2022. If you are having trouble logging into your account, it is most likely due to one of the scenarios below:
1) You are subscribed through Cratejoy. Please log into your cratejoy.com account to view/manage your subscriptions.
2) You are logging in with the wrong credentials. Previously S&S's subscriptions and Sass Shop logins were separate from each other and could be different. Login with your Sass Shop/FML loyalty account, which may be different credentials than you used to set up your subscription originally.
3) You do not have a Sass Shop/FML Loyalty account login yet and you need to finish setting up this new login. Click here to finish setting up your login to the new dashboard. Be sure to use the email address associated with your subscription.
