How do I change my shipping address?Updated 2 years ago
*The steps below are for subscriptions created through S&S's website. Subscriptions created through Cratejoy can be viewed and managed by logging into your cratejoy.com account.
- Login to your subscription from our website: CLICK HERE TO LOGIN
- Click Subscriptions
- Click Shipping
- Click on your address to expand the box, then click Edit
- You should see a notification that says “Updating this payment method will update [ # ] associated subscription.”
- Update your address here! And click “Edit shipping address” to save
DO NOT UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS UNDER PROFILE IN THE ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. YOU MUST CLICK SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CHANGE IT THERE OR YOUR CHANGES WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
You can change your address up to the 1st of the month for the update to be applied to the upcoming month's box. Otherwise, the change will affect your NEXT box.
Changes made AFTER your monthly order has been generated, but BEFORE the 13th can still be changed by S&S customer service. Email us at [email protected] asap to see if we can catch it!
*To make sure you still receive your sass, submit a change of address to USPS so that your mail will be forwarded to the new address.*
