Can I make changes to my subscription?Updated 4 months ago

Absolutely! You can make changes to your subscription selections anytime!

If you are subscribed month-to-month (i.e. you are charged every month on the 1st) you can make changes at any time. Changes will be reflected upon your NEXT renewal.  

If you have prepaid for a 3- or 6-month subscription, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. PLEASE NOTE: As of April 1st, 2024 All prepaid (3 and 6 months) subscriptions will be switched over to a monthly subscription. The prepaid subscription will run it's course and then renew on a monthly basis after that. 

 **Please note: S&S subscriptions are prepaid. So even if changes are made very soon after an original order or renewal, they will be applied towards your NEXT renewal. If you're hoping for sooner, contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do! 

If you subscribed through S&S's website CLICK HERE TO LOGIN. subscribers can view and manage their subscription by logging into their account. 

What kind of changes can you make? So glad you asked!

  • You can "upgrade" or "downgrade" your box (example -> go from T-shirt only to Big Box)
  • You can change your subscription terms (example -> go from month-to-month to 3-month term)
  • You can change your shirt size for your next renewal
  • You can also change your shipping address and payment method!* 

*Shipping address changes made after the current month's cut off date will be applied to the next box, but can't be put into place for the current box.
