When can I contact Customer Service?Updated a year ago

You can reach out to us anytime! 

Our amazeballs customer service team usually replies within one business day, but sometimes we get hella busy. If you don't receive a response within 3 business days, please feel free to reach back out!

Please keep in mind that Smartass & Sass participates in Mental Health Mondays, giving our employees a four day work week. Therefore, we only operate four days of the week which are Tuesday-Friday.
