What if an item arrives damaged?Updated a year ago

If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. When returning product(s), it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the product(s) are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label.

We'll ask for a photo of the item in order for us to process a claim with the shipping service and will replace/refund the damaged products.
