How do I update my account/login information?Updated 4 months ago

*The steps below are for subscriptions created through S&S's website. Subscriptions created through Cratejoy can be viewed and managed by logging into your cratejoy.com account. 

• Login to your account from our website: CLICK HERE TO LOGIN 
• Under your Account menu, click Profile 
• Make your changes to any of the sections and click Save 
• In Account Settings you can change:
  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your password

NOTE: this is NOT where to update your subscription address. See the next FAQ for those instructions
