How do I renew my subscription?Updated a month ago

Subscriptions renew automatically (unless you purchased a non-renewing gift), so you don't need to do anything! 

• If you subscribe monthly, your subscription automatically renews on the 1st of each month (unless you cancel before then). 
• If you subscribed for 3 or 6 months, your subscription will renew the 1st of the month after your term has ended. PLEASE NOTE: As of April 1st, 2024 All prepaid (3 and 6 months) subscriptions will be switched over to a monthly subscription. The prepaid subscription will run it's course and then renew on a monthly basis after that. 

Renewals happen during the wee morning hours of the 1st, central times.

Every subscriber will receive a notification THREE DAYS BEFORE their subscription renews.
