How do I change/update my payment information?Updated a year ago

*The steps below are for subscriptions created through S&S's website. Subscriptions created through Cratejoy can be viewed and managed by logging into your cratejoy.com account. 

Steps on how to change your payment information are listed below. Once you've done so, please send a quick email to customer service at [email protected] so that we can double check that the correct payment method is now associated with your subscription. Thanks sassy friend!

From your desktop:

  • Login to your subscription from our website: CLICK HERE TO LOGIN*
  • Click Subscriptions
  • Click Payment Methods
  • Click on your payment to expand the box, then click Edit Payment Method
  • You should see a notification that says “Any updates to this payment method must be completed via Shopify. Click below to receive an email from Shopify to update this payment method. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 10 minutes.”
  • Click Send Update Email
  • Check your email and follow the instructions to change your payment method

From your mobile device:

  • Login to your subscription from our website: CLICK HERE TO LOGIN*
  • Click the drop down that say 'My Account'
  • Select Subscriptions
  • Click the drop down that says 'Home'
  • select Payment Methods (may need to scroll down)
  • Click on your payment to expand the box, then click Edit Payment Method
  • You should see a notification that says “Any updates to this payment method must be completed via Shopify. Click below to receive an email from Shopify to update this payment method. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 10 minutes.”
  • Click Send Update Email
  • Check your email and follow the instructions to change your payment method

  

*For subscribers who joined the squad before February 16th, 2022, this is a new login page and may take different credentials than the old subscription portal. Login with your FML Loyalty/Sass Shop credentials. If you have not set up either of these accounts, click 'create account' to finish creating your new login.
