How do I cancel?Updated a year ago

*The steps below are for subscriptions created through S&S's website. Subscriptions created through Cratejoy can be viewed and managed by logging into your cratejoy.com account. 

• Login to your subscription from our website: CLICK HERE TO LOGIN
• Click Subscriptions
• Click Subscriptions (again!)
• Click on the Active Subscription you’d like to edit
• Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription
• Answer a couple quick questions about why you're leaving, and click cancel

(The cancelled subscription will now be listed as Inactive and canceled.)

*Canceling means that your subscription will not renew again. You will receive all of the sass you have paid for. See our article "Can I cancel at any time?" for more information.
