Does S&S offer refunds?Updated a year ago

All subscription sales are final, with the exception of damaged or missing items, unless an item arrives damaged (click here for instructions on how to contact us for damages.) 
Note: If you have purchased a long-term subscription (3-6 months) and cancel mid-term, you will still receive your remaining boxes but your subscription will not renew after your existing term ends.

*You will not receive a refund when you cancel your subscription. Cancelling means your account will not renew.


Shop sales are available for a full product cost refund (less shipping fees) within 30 days of order. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and product must be received in the condition it was sent.
