Can I personalize my gift?Updated 8 months ago

Whether you're buying a gift subscription or something from the shop, you can schedule a gift email and/or SMS text once the package is delivered. 

To add a gift message:

  1. In your cart page, click on the box that says "Add A Gift Message" (image below) 
    NOTE: if you don't see this box, you are probably checking out with an alternative method like ShopPay. If so, navigate to the bottom and click "Checkout as Guest" to go to the main checkout screen and see the gift messages options.
  2. Select whether you want email, SMS, or both to be delivered to your recipient when their sass is delivered. 
  3. That's it! You will receive a separate email confirmation with your gift message.
  4. Your gift ships! If it's a shop order, it will ship in 3-5 business days. If it's a subscription, it'll ship on the 18th of the month.
  5. Within 30 minutes of the package being delivered, your recipient will receive their notification(s) and you'll receive a confirmation as well.
